it very easy to install. as for the harness. at first i have the tail lights without harness, it is ok with some tape on it. Later on i bought the harness from Tim and put it on. Now i don't need to worry that the bulb will rattle inside the tail lights. It up to you. Just put some electrical tape, and it should be fine.

Charles, I still have the '99 harness...just like it was said above, you need to tape the turn signal bulb with some electrical tape. But if you're gonna do it, for the couple of bucks that it costs for the harness, I would just get it..

what kinda bulbs did you end up using?
fahoumh..they are exactly the same. actually, people shouldnt say 'inspire tails' unless they actually have the tails for the inspire
