Inspire Folding Mirrors

Anyone have them?

nighthawkblack has them. He doesn't post on the board anymore.

Per him, they were a bitch to get adjusted because they are made for a right-hand drive vehicle, so the focal point is for someone sitting on the opposite side of the car.

if you were to get your hand son them coulnt you replace the mirrors with the US left hand mirrors? i know you can get replacement mirrors fairly cheap. i had one replaced for 45$

I think it's the housings that are angled differently for RHD so for instance since the left side mirror housing is angled closer in for RHD, the mirror glass won't be able to move far enough left for you to see wide enough on the left (driver's) side. Vice versa for the passenger side.

I don't have JDM mirrors but this is what I've heard about it from those who have tried this with other cars.

i'm installing them right now...they're at the shop...but my car's not daily driven so i don't think it's much of a problem...i rarely drive the car anymore
