Insipre Rear Sunshade

how exactly does the rear sunchade work? is it controlled electronically like the ones in the infiniti i30?? or is it something manual where you have to pull it up everytime you want it up? how is something like this installed??

It's an easy install. It took me about 30 minutes. I just leave it up all the time during the summer. I guess if I took a long road trip, driviing during the night, I would roll in down. It has two clips on top which hold the sunshade up; to remove it I just lift up, remove it from the clips, and it retracts down.
