Inner Tie Rod is Worn

My front driver's inner tie rod is worn and needs to be replaced. A Tires Plus store discovered this while doing an alignment, should I trust them to change it out or go to dealer?

cool. they mentioned they can order the part from the dealer and install/align within 1.5 hrs. they had me to hold the tire at the 3 and 9 'o clock position and go back and forth. it's very minor play, but he indicated there should be none (especially considering the fact that the other side doesn't have any play at all).
