the Infamous Modding question
Sorry guys i know that this question has been popping up so much but i cant help it, i'm always in the wrong place at the wrong time. i have a couple of questions though on modifications, i think i'm finally going to dig into the fun.
- First I was looking at CAI, Injen makes a 3 inch application for $199.95, AEM only has a 2.75 inch application and its for $205, i'm running a 2000 TL-P. Should i go with the Injen 3inch, my friend says no he says that bigger doesn't always mean better. so which one should i go for ( i already searched )
-I was looking at the HKS drager axle back exhaust, and i was wondering do i have to modify my rear bumper so that they'll fit?
thanks for the help guys email me at Superbrd15@aol.com if you want. or just reply to the thread. thanks again.

As far as the intake goes the 3" is only for the type S and will not fit the type p properly. They both use different size intakes b/c of the differnt sized throttle bodies. Also there is no need to modify bumper for HKS exhaust. I believe it just hangs low

thanks,
i was only asking because it looked like Injen made both a 2.75in intake and a 3 in intake for the TL-P that was why i was asking. ok so it looks like i'm going with a 2.75 inch whoohooo. one more question, is there anywhere else that i can find a decent exhaust that is inexpensive, something that isn't too loud but yet has a nice tone to it.
