Indash T'vs with Navi---(inquire within)

Guys i have been struggling with a descision that has been driving me freaking wild! its one of those feelings where you feel dumb to ask someone (and act like a baller) or if i should ask the question, be embarrased and then have the satisfaction of knwing.

now to cut down to the chase what i want to know is how many of you guys changed your headunit to a flip out dvd player? i mean and for those of you who have done it, whas it worth loosing the navi? i've been wanting to start looking for a tv but that's been on my mind so mush i coundnt decide if its worth it or not,
CAUSE I WANA TV IN MY DASH........................ BUT IM SCARED IF I LOOSE THE NAVIGATION VOICE IM REALLY GONNA BE MISSIN SOMETHIN, I DONT REALIZE HOW MUCH I USE SOMETHING UNLESS I CANT USE IT ANYMORE, SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS I WANA KNOW BEFORE I DO IT CAUSE EVEN THINGS ARE REVERSIBLE, IT'LL STILL RESEMBLE THE MISTAKE YOU MADE!!!!! SORRY I WAS HAVIN A SHORT TERM DEEP MEMORY LAPSE SYNDROME. ANYWAYS GUYS LET ME KNOW YOU WHO HAS CHANGED IT AND IF YOU HAVE NOTICED THE VOICE OF THE NAVI DISAPEARING>?????<<<<<

i didn't put in a in dash tv but i changed the stock hu to alpine and i lost the voice. never really used it so i don't miss it at all. the only fix for that is to put a tweeter somewhere in the cabin to get the voice back if you miss it that much. now if there was only a way to shut the voices off in my head....

Try turning the navi voice off for a couple of weeks or a month. See if you can do with out it.

why dont you just convert ur navi to dvd/tv... thnk about it, ur gon have the navi screen and another flip out right below it... its gona look gay IMO.. just get the converter and add a dvdplayer or TV tuner, whatever u want, or even the combination of both and u can still enjoy that shit. Much cheaper and looks better ot keep things LOOKING stock but inreality you have a lot more going on..
