I got her ready today...Changed The Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter...Put In some AntiFreeze in the resovoir(sp). It was COMPLETELY Empty and I dont think thats good. Will Put Seafoam in the Gas Tank Tommorow when I fill up before I leave.

Was it bad that the Resevoir(sp) for the antiFreeze/Coolant was Empty? btw the radiator was good with antifreeze before I put some in.

 

Yes its bad- should be kept at MAX line and watched during the trip
You are losing coolant somewhere
Check the engine oil level

Dont use straight anti freeze- needs a 50/50 mix or wont circulate back and forth as needed- its like 90W oil

 

it sayd 50/50 on the thing so it should be good. Oil is always good and theres no leaks. But then again I havent checked the antifreeze since I got the car like 2 years ago LOL. I should of checked that oh well. I should be good.

 

If you played with intake spacers or the like at any time- check ALL the cooliant line clamps- a little leak can be there- it should not be using coolant
