What was wrong with the ignitions that they recalled them because I bought a used 99 TL about 2 months ago and I believe my ignition is completely shot... Being that i have to hold the key to keep the car on (Only happening recently) has about 62,100 miles on it feedback greatly appreciated, thx in advance...

There are lots of ignition parts...
I am assuming you have to hold your key to "run" position in order to keep it running
Then I think you have problem with your ignition lock cylinder...
I believe you have to go to the dealership because they have chip in side the key.
If you change your lock cylinder,it's going to probably gonna come with new set of keys..
Hope this helped you little
