If you had the choice to debadge all over again...what would you do?
OK here's my scenario. My rear deck lid is going to be replaced (aka the Trunk) and I'm basically gonna keep it debadged (no 3.2TL type-S letterting), but now I have even further options. I talked to the painter and asked them if they can fill in the holes left by the center emblem (for free) while they repaint the entire surface and they said that it wouldn't be a problem. Now here is were opinions deviate. I'm thinking of either keeping the A-C-U-R-A letters on but recenter it (making it higher) OR have a completely naked trunk. I'm leaning towards the lettering, but a naked ass would be nice when it comes time to waxing it all over again. What do you guys think?

Do the bare look! Im seriously considering taking off the pinned A, having the holes filled and repainting. I think it would look fantastic. I took the S (from the type S), bought another and have them on the piece of side moling right behind the front wheel wells but in front of the doors. It looks really good there. I cant remember who it was, but someone else posted a picture of it on here.

Heres a situation to think about. Ed (ShoofinTL) had his trunk repainted and the ACURA letters put back on. When he went to take them off to put INSPIRE on the trunk the clear coat came off with the letter. So if you get the trunk repainted and the letters put right back on remember that later if you want to take them off or move them the clear might come off too.
