IAT Sensor

I have been looking around for the IAT sensor but I just can't find it ... can anyone plz help me locate the IAT sensor on a 03 TL/S? I would greatly appreciate pics. Thank You

im guessin you have to remove the engine cover to reveal the IAT sensor?
