Look in the photography forum, there are a few ABP people with Aspec blue headlight and black headlight. See if either look works for you. IMHO, black headlight is more aggreesive looking and more sporty. But it seems that you have a whole blue thing going even with the engine compartment, so, maybe consistency is something you should focus on and go with the blue to complete the look.

i had to buy a quart of ABP to paint a bumber for my friend last month, and it was 120 for teh quart. When i bought the quart of NBP for my car it was only 60 bucks. But that was dupont chroma base paint so prices vary by color a lot, plus the place i got it to matches it exaclty down to your vin number incase there where slight changes in paint during that year. I think agp was only used between 02-04 where as nbp has been used from 00-06 so tahts probably why the blue is more expensive. I'd just buy it, you never know what else you might want to paint down the road.
