I wish I had a digital cam...mine looks sweet with a body kit. I wouldn't do a TL-S without it. It makes the boring TL look more muscular. The Dark Emerald Green is great

Now, we have saw almost everything about the 02 models. The Type S with bodykit will be our mission to get in on this site as soon as possible. I think people who go out with digicam and take pix for us should get awarded or something. Not enough done to appreciate people like that.

S with body kit,,,, must SEEEEE

Sup guys,

I don't have a digi cam but I'll take pics and scan it. The TL-S kit is exactly the same as the 01 TL except for the front. Hands down to the Acura pees for making the kit look so clean in the front. But the side back and the wing spoiler is the same as the 01 TL.

Question

JT,

Congrats on the Type S. Good to hear the kit looks good. I am thinking about getting it on the Nighthawk. Would you mind telling what you paid for it? (PM or email me if you want) Since the dealer will not move off of MSRP, he has dropped the spoiler price - $400 - which I think is still too much.

For everyone, what would be a good price for the body kit and the spoiler from the dealer? Should I wait for WW to come out with the new front or just get it installed when I buy it?

Thanks

Type S P5: I'm not sure the exact price of the body kit since I negociated lump sum after the initial quote. The original quote for the body kit was around $1400. If my calculations are correct, I believe that they sold it to me for around $1000. Don't know if that is too much, but it's fine, I'm happy at this point Good luck

I actually deleted the bodykit and spoiler from my car. After looking at it a few times... I thought it looked cleaner and more elegant without it. It didn't blend quite as nicely as the '01s.

It definately looks nice and sporty. But, I guess I'm getting old.
