OEM Acura lip kits are made out of urethane which is a bendable plastic, which will hold up to a lot more abuse.
Fiberglass is just a cheaper way to make kits but will brake very easily, sometimes it will even brake when fitting it to the car, good for spoilers and such, but not too good for kits
I would drop the car first, then search and be patient and you will find a OEM kit sometimes for a hundred bucks more

how low are you planning on going?
if you're dropping it pretty low, then i would advise you to get the oem front lip (only cause the front lip will always take the most abuse)
other than that, the fiberglass side skirts and rear lip should be fine. but then again, it's not oem therefore you will encounter fitment issues.
but like Type-SuperFast said, take your time and piece together the front, side, and rear. if you're going the cheap way out, get an oem front and fiberglass side and rear.

negative on Fiberglass front lips especially on a low car......couple scrapes and soon enough you would see a crack or 2.......OEM Front LIP FTW!
I wonder why they never came out with a JDM front lip for our cars?? parden the 99 jdm bumper and lip but for our 02's-03's That sure would change the look of things......

can always get the wings west front lip. It is urethane. If you dont like the side parts of the front grill you can shave that off. Someone used that for a cl instead of the 99-01 tl lip.
