My car just started idling funny this mornig and the tranny wouldnt change gears like normal, it was slow to change them like over 40 miles an hour to get out of 2nd. I NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE.

 

Sounds like your trans id dead. Time to bring it to the dealer.

 

I took it to Advaned Auto and they read the code it is the throttle position sensor.

 

Hopefully thats it. Its going to be expensive as well. You have to buy a whole TB to get it. There isnt a replacement. for it.

 

That happened to me about a month ago. I have a post on it somewhere, they replaced the entire throttle body under warranty. according to the service ticket, I drove in with 101k drove out with 92k. How many miles do you have?
Based on the code, it sounds like it's an easy fix if the dealer replaces the TB, based on what you said...sounds like a tranny issue. That's what happed to tranny 2-4. 5 has been holding up

 

I got like 130+ so that won't happen for me, any recomendations on after market tb?
