i need help!!!

hello everyone, recently my sister went to an acura dealer to purchase a tl type s. while talking to the salesman he made some very rude comments. my sister felt that he had sexually harrassed her. shes not sure what to do. does any have any ideas on what she should do, like a number or place to contact to report this.

You can always call the manager of the dealership or better yet the Acura Regional Rep or Honda's North American HQ.

we did tell the manager and all he said we could do all the paperwork at home and we never have to come back again. i dont feel that was good enough to compansate for what happened. do you know the number to the acura regional rep or honda head quarters?? please if you know it tell me it.

I guess you could call the Acura client services line and ask them to direct you to the proper people to lodge your complaint...

Lightbulb Sexual harassment ...

... is against the law. If she was indeed sexually harassed she should contact the authorities and file charges. I would certainly threaten the dealership with this.

This may sound crass, but what does she want out of them?
an apology? a fine? a jail term? a cheap TL-S?

Seriosly, what she wants out of them determines how she should proceed. True sexual harassment should lead to fines and jail, and only the police can do that, not Acura client services.
