Unless the vehicle was bought used...then dunno.
Anyways, if you only have the Grey Key, then I suggest getting black replacement from Factory. You might be able to find a used remote for sale, then see if the frequency can be transmitted/transferred. But that's 50/50.
But what are the chances of finding a blank Acura/Honda key that can be cut perfectly to fit the ignition/glovebox/trunk/lock trunk handle/and other lockable compartments?
I would suggest getting the black OEM from Acura/Honda...and buy a new remote too, unless you can find one used.
Nonetheless...hope you find a resaonable priced solution.
Cheers!

This happened to me one time. thank god a famly member of the girl i was dating at the time worked for acura. All you need is the valet key and the VIN number for them to make a new master key. And dont let them charge you to program the remote to your car, you can do it yourself. just put your new master key in the car, turn the key to ACC, click the unlock button on your keyfob, and turn the car back off. Repeat these steps over and over and by the 3rd or 4th time your car doors should start clicking.

Called Acura this morning...
i just got off the phone with someone in the service dept. of my local acura dealer. he told me that all they would need to cut a new master key is the VIN number from my car. he said it would run roughly $150, he also said that a new remote would cost an additional $200. but judging from 'djdonte's post i'll just buy a key fob from ebay and try to program it myself. thanks.
