I love my TLS but those chrome door locks look hideous!

Personally I think they're the single most ugly component in the TLS's interior (I've finally learnt to live with the ebony wood :-)). They bother me so much that I'm going to seriously look into getting them replaced, if that's possible.

Anyone else feel the same way about these knobs or am I the only one here?

 

Doesn't bother me one bit. I just don't nit pick about tiny details like that.

 

Out of the whole car, that that was the only thing that bothers you.. pretty good I say, the TL-S is awesome!!

But here are some options for you:

1) Get a nice big fat black permanent marker and color it black.

2) Spray paint it to match the color of the black wood trim

3) Get a pokemon sticker to cover it

4) Don't look at it

What are you talking about the outside door handles or the inside handles? I have the same color combo as you & I think they look fine. When I got my car I was wondering how the gold kit would look with the chrome. I got gold emblems, grille, & pipe tips.I also got the optional chrome wheels for my TL.
I got the tips so the gold would not clash on the back with chrome tips. It must not look to bad if I see a few others like mine.
This is something that will grow on you with time. Some time you got to just look at the car from all angles trust me your car looks fine.

Looks fine to me. We could nit-pick little things all day, but the bottom line is still that this is an impressive car.
