Can anyone tell me where the stock amplifier for our bose system is located at?

Is it not located in the trunk next to the stock sub?

the stock amp for the door speakers is in the HU. the amp for just the sub is located behind the rear seat on the passenger side

The amp for the stock sub is behind the rear seat on the passenger side. You have to remove the entire seat to get to it. The amp for the four other speakers is built into the headunit.
