UW RL

after getting my TL i have had only 1 race agaist a stranger. It was a white prelude SH and it shitted on me, in part because we started out at around 75 mph or 80, which the TL sucks at. After that no one ever wanted to race me.. I don't know why. There are plenty of ricers and bimmers and other around the school but they just look at my car and that's it. On highways they try to stay away from my car too...

so in other words, i don't race anymore.

Man... I met a damn fast Prelude SH before..

We both punch it right after we exit the ramp... He was in front of me on the ramp and there were another car in front of me... So I was catching up... Damn it was pretty fast, but guess what I don't really think I could catch up. I let it go when I hit 100mph. There were traffics, so didn't want to do anything dangerours. But after that I respect Preludes... Seriously... I think he is just as fast as my TL. Because he managed to kept the distance between me and him. Honestly I think I am just a bit faster. His car is droped, got a huge exthust. I had my friend beside me and he a girl on his ride, too. So I say it was a pretty fair race.

My car is stock btw...

i believe this SH was turbocharged or something... it killed me like i wasn't moving. so after that i just don't race no more. wait until i get headers, exhaust, supercharger, chip, bore throttle, etc...

I think you're right. A lot of people on this forum don't realize how bad the TL sucks after like 80 or 90. I don't doubt that you lost to a Prelude SH. They are not slow. Also, I was losing to a GSR and I couldn't catch him til I hit like 120 or so. However, race them 0-70 and it's a total different ball game. Can you say, "I shit on a Lude and GSR today"
