Sounds Great!!!

Is that just an exhaust replacement or do you have a complete system??

I would be so tempted to rev it all the time just to keep hearing it whale!!

Its teh comptech mufflers, no resonators and the inserts i made for the mufflers (they go in the mufflers to baisically make it straight pipe)

Wow, I really appreciate you taking the time and making that. That clip was superb. So let me get this straight...you have replaced your OEM mufflers with CT mufflers and you cut out the single OEM resonator and just welded a pipe in its place?

PS you should do a viedo just the same with the quiet tip insterts plugged in

How does it sound under load?

(you need to get a person to drive it for you & video it from the back!)

No Prob.

Yes they are just the comptech mufflers, and no exhaust resonators. Then in the muffler (they slide in like the quiet tip inserts) are these (baisically making the exhaust a straight pipe set up)

It sounds awsome. From out side/or next to the car its incredible. At certain rpm multiple people said it sounded similar to a ferrari from outside. Vidoe clips from outside will have to wait till spring as the comptechs are off for the winter

Too bad I have headers. Mine doesn't sound like that because of the resonance.

FYI...I have headers, axleback...and a cut out resonator.

Kris, do you get any droning with the quiet tip inserts; is it bearable with the quiet tips for daily driving even though you don't have a resonator? How is it for daily driving with no inserts(quiet tips or loud tips) and your lack of resonator?

Hahahha do two more videos....one with the quiet tips in....and one no inserts at all...so we get a full spectrum of sound

Umm, I'm not feeling it ... almost sounds like my craftsman 6.5 HP lawn mower and Echo 25cc edger running at once ... verry annoying. I perfer the soft purr of an exhaust but to each his own.

so tempting... i just don't want to drill my mufflers right now. maybe because its cold as hell out or it just feels wrong. we will see.

when you bent those pipes did you bend them using the quiet tips as an template more or less?

could you take a pick of the inside of the exhaust?

thanks Kris
