I am leaving...
Well, I have my car in the want ads and I am waiting to see who will take over the lease. I have someone coming up on saturday to look at the car. If he likes it he is going to take it which I am leaving the Viper 550 on it with remote start and the wings west flush mount spoiler and all the super white lights (I am taking off the headers, exhaust and the navi to video unit). I really like the car, but I am opening my own performance part shop and can't afford it right now. I am going to end up getting another one further down the road and will have just as much fun with it I am sure. You guys were great and I am still going to visit the boards just as much. Thanks guys.

Thanks a lot guys and I appreciate it I will definately be visiting you guys and can try to come by with some good offers as I am going to try to also deal with Comptech as well as all the others.
Smitty02Cls,
What I am doing is giving the car back to Acura when I get someone to definately take it. They (the dealer) will buy it out throught American Honda and lease it again to the person (this time as a used car). So basically someone is going to get my '03 TL-S as a used car and the payments will obviously be less. You could also do what I did with my '01 CL-S and just give it in early. I had the car for about 6 months and got the Z06. I ended up paying 4800 to give the car back. Because what happens is, they say ok, your car is worth X amount of dollars (or what they can sell it for), so we can give you Y amount of dollars. You find out how much the DEALER will pay for your car (through American Honda) and the will subtract Y from that amount. I ended up paying more because I only had it for 6 months. I am not sure how long you had your car for, but the longer the better (It's cheaper). I hope this helped.
Now, if anyone wants to know about going through the lemon law process, I can tell you all about that as well. American POS!

Thanks for the good info, Like you I have currently had my CLs for about 6 months and I know it will cost a fortune to get out of it. But.... if I find a new person to pick up the current lease can't I get out without the large fee's ? just swich it in there name? Also, I'm currenty BELOW the allowed milleage.

Smitty02Cls,
I think there is something about trying to get you name totally clean and clear off the lease. Somehow my sister and her boyfriend did it without having to go back through the dealer. But, yes, it is just a matter of going to the dealer and having them buy it to lease it to him (which means for you just to drop ot off and have him take it). I am also way under my miles and I know how you feel. I have 4000 miles on it and I picked it up about 6 months ago.

Hey BadAzzS, where in NJ is your shop going to be at? Maybe I can stop by to check it out. Don't be a stranger.

Hey, no problem! Stop by and see what we have and maybe we can hook you up with some stuff. It's going to be in Totowa on Union Blvd.

Just post your address here or e-mail it to me at blai21@aol.com so I can use my navi to get there. Oh and store hours will be nice too.

Not yet. As soon as I get rid of the car, I get the loan and we will have the place. I don't want to tell you the address in case we don't get that place for some reason. I will be sure to let everyone know though. I think we will be open from 11am to 8 or 10pm.

Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate it. Now, if only I could find Ron at Street Effectz #. I want to refer all of my customers with stereo installations to him.
acnup00tl,
I am still thinking about it. I am not sure if it will work on a lexus as easy. I will prob end up selling it.
