Hyper Ground/Voltage System

Just pass by Super Autobac Autocenter in Garden Grove today, and I saw they have two products on sale called Hyper Voltage System and Hyper Ground System that made in Japan and claimed to: Increased torque and horse power, increased throttle response, brighter headlights, reduced audio noise, improved fuel efficiency, longer battery life.
My question is did anyone use it? and How was it? I'm thinking of getting one!
I search the internet and seem not much information about this; however there is a website had dyno prove that those system DID increase torque and horsepower. If it is really true (since it made in Japan???) then either one of those two system would give us a little more torque and horsepower at minimal cost.
The company website: http://www.sunautomobile.com/hgs_pro.htm
and http://www.sunautomobile.com/pro_hypervoltage.htm

Theory behind this concept: http://www.sigmaautomotive.com:8080/EGS/egs.asp

Article in autocarmag.com prove increase both horse and torque on 1996 850R Volvo http://www.caraudiomag.com/testreports/0401cae_hyper/

I'm getting a grounding kit (same as hyper ground system) soon. All it does is to provide less resistance from battery to ground points (chassis, alternator, engine block, etc). I've seen a few ppl got it installed and have some good results. The engine should run smoother and there are less dimming lights when the loading on the electrical systems gets high. I'll post my results once I got it installed

wont do a damn thing for 99% of us, unless you go into it believing that you will get an improvement, but hey if you like it, its all good

won't do anything.

just cleaning your ground contact points with a wire brush will do more.
