I just changed back from my 18s to the stock wheels to get back the better fuel economy. my question now is that are there any hubcab rings for the stock wheel?? Also, I deformed two of the plastic rings for the motegi wheels while putting back the stocks, could I go back to the wheel store to get two new ones??

 

The stock wheels have the correct hub opening size and do not need any hub rings. Only aftermarket wheels that have bigger hub openings need hub rings.

I made the same mistake by crushing all the hub rings when I put my oem wheel/tire back onto the car the day before I went to install snow tires. The rings were suppose to stay on the wheels, but instead stayed on the hub. It sure felt funny during tightening the nuts that the torque wrench could never reach the correct torque. Anyhow, since I bought snow tires from the tire shop, the guy gave me four new ones for free.

You can probably go back to your tire shop and pull some strings to get them for free.

Volco Tires on Marine Drive. I'm not too keen with the guys in the Richmond one. Volco Tires is the only local distributor that carries the RoJa wheels when I bought them a year ago.

I've been shopping for 18" wheels even before I took deliver of my car back in 2001. I was so happy I finally found the wheel I like, after searching for a year and a half.

 

i bought mine at volco in richmond, not truly impressed by the service, but it was near so that was good
