how to remove front seats

I want to remove the front seats so I can sand and paint the 2 front brackets that are rusted,thanks.

there are 4 bolt 2 in front and 2 in back. then there are some connectors under the seat for all of the electronics. thats from what i remember

DISCONNECT the battery BEFORE unplugging anything under it. slide the seat forward and remove the 2 rear bolts, slide it back and remove the front bolts. Unhook the battery then disconnect all harnesses. Its as easy as that. If you dont disconnect the battery before unplugging things you will get a srs light stuck on your dash
