Payment: $360/mo
Insurance: $160/mo full coverage, $500 deductible
MA insurance is still highly regulated which has its pros and cons.
PRO: only the insured's driving record affects their rate, unlike most states
CON: the rates are pretty much set.... in other words the difference between
companies will be within about $300/yr

Payment $330 a month and insurance was a $280 a month for full coverage of course. Then i was able to be added under my mom's coverage and that saves me $180 per month

Curious
What good does it do you to know the monthly payment if you dont know the terms of the loan?
I traded in a low mileage 2006TSX and got $20,000 trade in value, financed $14000 for the 2008 TL and wrapped it in to a 24 month load at 2.9%
Principle is $583 per month plus interest for a total of $710
That might sound like a lot to some but its a 24 month loan. Most loans are 60 months on new vehicles

There is no way in hell I could justify that. That is more than a car payment.
You could buy a nice little condo for that. Actually my first condo only had a $250 a month payment.
You need to shop around.

I have had 13 tickets, and only 4 of them weren't speeding tickets. I haven't however gotten any in 2 years. More than one of my tickets were 100+mph...I am currently 21. My insurance would be 94/month if I were not married...
I can't imagine paying that....Public trans ftw.
You should have gotten a lawyer for all your tickets from the first one.
I mean I was dumb and speed all over and drove like an ass when I was 16-19, but I still wasn't dumb enough to not get a lawyer....at one point I had 10pts on my license so I had to slow down before it got suspended... Now I'm clean. I have zero, but you can still see the last couple tickets when you look my record up...but it will be 100% clean in late 2009.
I feel like I'm in some support group now, reviewing my post.

Payment: $175/month
Insurance: $400-500/month
Try being a student in Ontario where the government gives private companies the right to %*#! you as hard as they want. There's no control over the companies whatsoever. I'm 20 years old, with one claim on my record (3 years ago now), and my insurance went from 3000/year to 5-7000/year. So my poor TL is sitting in my garage waiting for insurance to come down. With a clean driving record in Ontario, I'd still be about 3000/year.
