How Much Should I Offer For a TL-S??

How Much Should I Offer For a TL-S??
Hey all, I'm going to look at a TL-S on Saturday but I think the price is a lil higher than it should be. It's a 2002 ABP non/navi with 45k miles, no kit but it has a spoiler on the trunk which I don't prefer but it on there. It is cheaper than some of the others in town with decent mileage but I want the best deal I can get. How much would you guys pay?? Also what amount should I accept as trade in value for my '99 TL-P with 92k miles.

15-16K for the TL-S. 10-11K for the TL-P
