it's funny how people buy a luxury car and won't be able to pump the right gas for it. lol even when i'm a college student, i would still pump premium because in the long run, you'll get better averages for your gas. put out money for your engine if you're going to put out money on your car.
btw,
usually pump at halfway now but when i pumped from empty to full.
92 @ 4.35 = $65
I followed the pumping at night technique and pumping at lowest speed the pump allows you to pump. works for me because it saved me a buck or two.

if you're talking about what I'm thinking about, then i read that it doesn't work because the gas is located underground meaning that the outside temperature shouldn't affect it, so it means you can pump all you want, whenever you want.

I recently filled up at a QuikTrip, and the pump just kept pumping gas. I filled up normally, and stopped the transaction. I took the pump out, and it was still leaking kind of, so I put it back. When I pressed the handle, it just kept pumping (slowly).
I thought it was funny, but I had already filled up so it was pointless.

say i pump a whole tank once per week.
that's an extra $3-$5 extra right? say $4 to be in the middle.
4 weeks in a month, 4*4=16
now in a whole year there are 52 weeks, 52*4= $208.
things do add up, but im not the one working for my family. (currently a full time student)
im graduating with my associates in business administration around september WOOP WOOP!
No, I do not buy starbucks, redbull, monster, coffee, etc. Rather than spending $208 extra dollars a year on gas, it is spent on the family.
