Even though the MRSP is in between 36-37K in Canadian dollars, consumers still have to pay for taxes , etc. It turns out to be 39-40K to drive TL home.

 

About $35k CAD before taxes.

A nice Canadian guy(currently in CA) is selling his 2000-TL with 30,000 kms for US$22,000. All along I was thinking, gee, I'm getting a great deal in here...so I said I 'll buy it if warranty can be transferred for subsequent U.S. owner(s).
I had a previous post similar to this one and
one responder said the MSRP 2001-TL in Canada
is Canadian $36-$37k. about US$23.5K. Turned out that I'm being taken for a good ride here
by offering US$22,000. for a car with 30k. kilometers right off the bat. How much was a 2000-TL in Canada a year ago? Thanks.
