How many times have you accidentally hit neutral?

At least 10+ times since March I forgot I was not in SS mode, and tried to shift to 2nd only to realize I slammed it in Neutral. I hate it when that happens. Has anyone else experienced this?

I hate it when i do that!!! You shift it up to neutral and you see that you rev up your car to 6000 before you notice what you've done since the engine is so DAMN quite and doesn't have that "SPORTY" sound. CAI is just tooo loud.

Never, and I use SS and I shift through the gears. People always talk about using SS, but... I like shifting up and down the column, that way I can put it in 2st for those quick corners, or to just engine-brake.

Not me. I rarely use SS. I probably use manual mode most of the time.

I've done it atleast 10 times as well. One time specifically, my friend told me he wanted to see how fast the TL-S takes off. So I thought I put it in SS, when in reality I didnt. I went to upshift into 2nd, I put it in neutral and smacked the rev-limiter.
So yes DMAN, your not the only one.

Did it 3 times since I have the car in April. All happened in the first 3 weeks of ownership. But never again afterward...

I've never done that, but I quite often push the e-brake thinking its the clutch pedal.

Unhappy ME TOO

I do it once in a while. I usually wait till the RPM goes down a bit then switch it back d5. Does that hurt the engine?
