How Many Ex-accord Owners Are Here Now
It seems to me that i have seen alot of member who have mentioned through-out there posts that there previous car was a accord.
I myself owned a 93 accord lx 4door 5spd,I bought it in 96 w/only24k on it. with that car, like my tl, i admired that body style for a year before i accually bought one.
I know it takes a perticular type of person to appresiate the suttle looks and sleeper preformance of our cars, and just wondering if somehow we've been subjected to somesort of hipnosis gererated through the interior of one of the best selling cars in america (accord)
really not crazy,just differant

I still have 00 Accord LX with moderate mod. My previous car before the Accord is Acura Legend, so you could say that I'm hypnotized by American Honda Corp.

We still have an '01 Accord EX I-4. It was that purchase, and a chance encounter with a TL in the parking lot at work, which exposed me to the TL, and ultimately led to my purchase.

We still have a 94 Accord EX. It has 187,000 miles on it and it's still going strong (knock on wood). The engine on that car when idling is quieter than the TL... Weird huh? Love the car!

I had a 1994 Honda Accord DX Blue Coupe. Anyway, I was driving to work one night and poof, I was bashed by a drunk driver (totaled the Accord). After a while I got tired of driving my beat up ass Jeep around, so I plopped down most of my insurance settlement on the TL. And DAMN! I had just paid off my Accord, redid all the brakes and had A/C dealer installed. Oh well, I like my TL much better

I had a 93 Accord SE (back when SE meant the best from Honda.) Sold it in great shape to my best friend. Not a single ding on the entire car after 10 years and 100k. Loved that car, esp after I put H&R OEM Sport springs and Bilstien Sport shocks all around.

I have a 2000 Accord Special Edition. Doesn't handle as well as my TL-P. Doesn't feel as solid and stable as my TL-P. Isn't as quiet as my TL-P when on the streets or highway. Doesn't look as nice (inside and out) as my TL-P. The only thing that my Accord is better than my TL-P is the acceleration. The throttle response is quick on the Accord.

Well I have had my 2000 TL almost 3 & 1/2 years now.
Before I got that I had a 1994 ACCORD SEDAN EX 5speed that I purchased new. That car was one of the first shipped to the dealers after being redesigned for 1994. I purchased it a few days after HONDA had released them to the dealers. I traded in a 1990 ACCORD SEDAN LX 5 speed for the 1994. I also purchased the 1990 ACCORD new from the same dealership. Before that I had a 1980 Prelude that I purchased new in 1980. I drove that car daily for 10years & kept it 15years.It was also purchased from the same dealership.
