How "low" are you really?
How "low" are you really?
This one is going to require some work... I want to know how low are you with your drops... so if you are using springs, coilovers, air suspensions, etc... If you are really low 3 or 4 inches from the ground.. how do you manage?
El Pana/TL32 Info:
Under middle of front lip to ground: 6 1/2 inches
Drop: Tein SS
Tire gap between fender in the front: 1 1/2 inches
Tire gap between fender in the rear: 1 1/2 inches
Pros: Car looks Hot!... dont have to worry about parking blocks or steep incline parking lots.
Cons: None really, just a tight ride, which I like.
Let me hear from you..

Im probly only 3 or 4 above ground(Coilovers w/ WW kit). Drive slow, you bottom out on occasion but just be careful and nothing bad happens. Every single car ive had has been dropped to the extreme so I know the roads pretty good too. I make the sacrafice of not being able to be careless for the look but I think its well worth it.

yea i know about the offset part but Tein's website says that the rear only goes down 2.7 inches and that doesnt seem enough for the rear to tuck. the front rate is 3.5 inches which is more then you need in order to get 0 wheel gap but i just dont see that happening in the rear with a 2.7 inch drop.

Do a search, I've seen many whip's around here with Tein's and tucking! Maybe someone here can point you in the right direction for some pics!
I am on skunks. slammed. I guess my name says it all. I have a custom lip so its even lower. I am no more than 3 inches off the ground. I scrap a little here andthere. Drive side ways and I mean side ways when you go over speed bumps and going in and outta parking lot. Its harder to go out of a parkin lot then in. I am kinda tired of it I am gonna get some bags. I think I am the lowest non bag TL out here. I dont recommend it but it sure looks nice and I got so many so many so many compliments
I'm about 5 inches off the ground with Ground Control coilovers and camber. Never have any scraping unless I take a hard turn with 4-5 people in the car. Probably going to drop it down another 1/2 inch or so to lessen the front wheel gap.
This is good feedback... if you guys want to post some pictures of your drop, showing the actual disntance you are stating on here, that will be great! It will give new comers an idea as to what to expect with the diffrent types of drop options available...
