finally, i am glad to find a site for my 2000tl. I have been looking for accessories ever since I purchase it last year. I am looking to lower it with eibach springs about a 1.5 inches. Anyone with any advice on anyother springs? or is it low enough? considering i will be driving it all year round and I'm from Toronto Can. Also, I apologize for the F word , but I have been looking for my foglights because of the akward bumper grill. Any help would be appreciated.

If you do a search in the FAQ section, there is info on foglights, You can also use the search function and do a search on keywords like "foglights" and "Springs", you should be provided with a wealth of info.
