Does anyone know how to let TL automatically
lock the doors when you start the engine and
unlock the doors when you turn off the engine?
I know Toyota Camry can do that. I think for
TL, it should do it better. But why I have to
manually lock my doors when I drive ?

Anyone can help?

Don't believe it's even an option. I know the previous model CL/TL's didn't do it. Neither does the current CL, so I'm sure the current TL does not either. My fiance's '94 Camry does it though. Honestly, I don't think any of the Acura cars offer this feature.....

I'm not so sure if this is all that great. I have this option installed on my 3000GT after market (came with alarm and keyless entry) and one time during winter for some reason it malfunctioned and I got locked out of the car. It's only supposed to lock the door if you don't have the drivers door open when you start the car but one time I had my door opened, started the car to warm it up and close the door to brush snow off the car and door was locked with my car running!

You think locking the keys in your car is bad try doing it with your car running. You feel really stupid when you have to call your wife to bring the spare key so you could get back into your running car.
