If it's not too bad you can rub some Kiwi Shoe Polish on the mark (use either Black, or Neutral color for Parchment leather). Rub a little in the scratch and them buff it out with a rag. I'll bet that will almost make it disappear.

Post How to fix a small scar on leather headrest

As I get out of my car last night, I notice that the front passenger side headrest has a 2-3 inch "scar" on it. It is not a tear, but more of a "surface wound". I can completely notice it and would like to see about getting it fixed before it has any chance of getting worse. Is something like this repairable? Any suggestions would be great.
