i dont understand how to put up pics

You have to host the pics somewhere like photobucket, then get the URL of the pic, and put it in between [img] [/img] tags. For example:

[img ]http://www.sitename.com/photo.jpg[/ img] Of course without the spaces after the first img and between the / and img in the second one.
