Try using ice to harden the gum then peel it off. Followed by a cleaning agent and leather conditioner once it's all off. I don't know if it will work but it's worth a shot.

My friend stuck some gum to his shoe and he put those soiled shoes in the passenger side.. now that gum is stuck to the floor mats.. No one can see it until u take it out to clean. But it looks real nasty. I was wondering if the same ice cube technique be applied to this too.. plzzz reply

Ice works wonders on sticky substances. Blood stains are harder (considering your passengers are messing up your vehicle, I assume there are blood stains).
Ice first, then the Witness Protection Program (WIP).

This works without a hasle!!!
Ok its really simple, you can get gum off of anything, let it be leather or floormat.
I'm sure that everyone knows what "Dust Off" is, its a compressed gas duster (in a can). If you used this stuff then you know what happens when yo turn it upside-down, liquid comes out that freezes on the spot. Spray this liquid on the gum (which will immediately freeze) and then scrape it off, it should come off fast; repeat until gum is off. Make sure that when you are scraping it off that you don't damage the leather or the area which you applied this to.
Works faster and better than ice

I'd use goo gone. be careful about spraying freezing agent to your leather seat. You will damage your leather. not to mention potential crack (from freezing) and discolor it.

I had some gum stuck on my seats. I took some leather cleaner and slowly worked it off. It didn't take it all off, so i left it there and it slowly wore off.

Thanks for noticing. I've been here, but there are a few rules (bloodstains, Witness Protection, etc...) Hope all's well!

You're too much! Say, you better keep that IP Address rotating so that you can't be tracked down. Hope you're someplace warm for the winter!
See ya at your next scheduled check-in time...

Most professional cleaning companies sell a type of freeze spray similiar to what you are doing. It's like liquid nitrogen in an aersol form. Freezes almost anything instantly on contact and then you can scrape/chip it off (carefully). Works really cool when you spray it on a fly in midair (or so I've heard).

Like someone else mentioned, Dust-Off will work in a pinch if you don't mind turning the can upside down.
