HOW do u Do tHiS?

How'd this person get the "blue look" in the turn signal & High beam "bays" so to speak it looks cool

Just change the bulbs..
Some bulbs come with a "blue" shade to them to try and emulate the color of HID.

High beams are 6005
and signals are 1157

It's either he put the blue city lights or it just look blue because the bulb inside shines.......I think second one....

Those look so blue! They might not just be the bulbs... I have M-12 signal bubls and those look blue from the outside when not lit. but I dobt it is that blue. Those could be the city lights? It looks nice nonetheless!

I though so too--I dont think it looks ricey.

And I dont think the bulbs are on... they look like he coated the lens or something, is taht possible?

Actually maybe they are on?
SO how would u put low wattage ones in with the turner ones and the high beam and still have the orange turn signal ones and the white headlights

If you look at it from the right angle, the whole light will look blue. He just has blue bulbs, like me.

They do sell those films for headlights or anylights for that matter that shines like the pic you posted. I like it but I doubt it is legal. I've seen those *tinted* headlights on those Civics alot and they look pretty nice. (Don't flame me now!)
