If you have the Comptech Springs then you probably need it... you should probably update your shocks too.

Your wheels will look somethink like... / \ if u look at it from the back. if you can't tell by looking at it, just go check your alignment. you should've done it in the first place after you've lowered it.

Get an alignment and check camber. My rear left was -1.2 and right -.4. After 3300 miles on my new Micheling Pilot Sport A/Ss, there is even treadwear. I will rotate my tires every 5,000 to prevent any treadwear issues.

I had my CT springs installed in late January, and do not have a camber kit.

there is no way you need a camber kit with the CT springs.

Once you get your springs on make sure you get a good alignment. I have the HR sports and after my alingment everything was normal (no camber issues) except they couldn't get out a small amount of toe. But it was not a large enough number to affect tire wear drasticly. Another thing is that I'm still running the stock shocks. Yes they will wear down quicker but they are working great now even after a year. I'll upgrade them when they are needed.

I've had my Pilot Sport A/s for over a year and they still are wearing even.

You do not need a camber kit with the comptech springs.

There are, however, downsides to not getting them.

1: After the drop, get the alignment. odds are your rear camber will be REALLY CLOSE to the maximum -1.0 adjustment. mine is at -0.9. this leaves no room for anything really.

2: If you have a box in the trunk, its a lot of weight added to the rear... I added my box afterwards and the rear is a little lower now so it will cause a problem eventually.

3: Its a bit of an eye sore. After all is done, have someone else drive your car, and you drive next to it in their car. Watch as your car goes over bumps or changes in the road, and you will see your rear wheels moving back and fourth because the camber is maxxed out.

If your fine with that, then cool. If you have a light box as well, then cool. otherwise, get the camber kit.

In a "perfect world" scenario, you would replace springs, shocks, and cambers all at once. but thats big money, and i sure as hell aint doin it unless i have to. in fact i think i can still get away with no kit in the rear for now.

i knew it.
on number 3., that exactly what happened.
i could see the camber /\ when the car was rolling over even the
smallest rolls.
also even just looking at the rear profile at parked, it looks a little
maxxed out.

i'm gonna look into a rear camber kit.

are camber kits durable?.
it's a daily driver.
i have kids.
but no box!.

any recommendations on a camber kit?.
