how do I fix this code error

I have a 2002 TLS, and I took it to autozone, and got the code pulled. It came back as P0740 TCC Circuit Malfunction. Basically its a Torque Converter Clutch circuit malfunction. does anyone know what this even means? anyone know if this is possible to fix without taking it to the dealership. My warranty just expired about 3k miles back. I hope this isnt goin to cost too much to fix. any help? thanks

goto your dealer, it'd be free as long as you have less then 100k miles... sounds like your having tranny problems on the way
