I noticed my passenger side headlight shines a few inches higher than the driver's side. (Very noticeable when you shine the lights onto a wall.) Is it supposed to be like that since the passenger sidelight can shine higher without blinding and oncoming car? I had the Acura dealership check it out and they said the lights were adjusted correctly.

Yep, the passenger's side lights of any car is normally aimed a little higher than the driver's side.

Then what happens when you have a (heavy) passenger in the right front seat? Guess you'll have to lower the left hand one again to match... ;-)

Question Aim the headlights?!

Why should we re-adjust the headlights? I thought we had "automatic aim HID headlights"?! I know Lexus IS300 has this feature, don't we?

Nope no auto-leveling HID's, no autobahn driving for us.

I need to check mine out after having the springs installed.

OK, I tried it last night and it was a B!T(H. The "teeth" are very hard to get to because it is way in there and also, there is a cable that is in the way. After I did it, the lights are still kind of uneven. However, I did manage to move the driverside one up a bit and I could see better than before. Good luck!

After I did some research; you're right!! We don't have that feature. That sucks!! Well.... I probably will ask dealer to check it/adjust it once every year.
