how to adjust Main Headlight

does anyone know how to adjust main headlight? ever since I installed the 6000K bulb my beam is shinning too low. I need to raise the headlight little bit. thanks...

Look and you will see a knob that says "U" and "D" and "L" and "R". Just start turning.

Just in case:
U = up
D = down
L = left
R = right
