Horse Power Question??

I had my TL for about 2 months now. It felt so good driving it when it first came; power + lux = TL . But now, i felt like my car's losing power or something. I had to pedal pretty hard in order to make the car move. I went head to head w/ my friends 02 Accord V6 Sedan, i couldn't catch up to him . It felt like my old I4 again. Is my car losing horse power or something. I know the if transmission fluid gets too old, it gets away the power a bit, but my fluid were pretty recent. Is there a way to check????

Is your freind modded???? And the reason it does not feel the same as new is you are getting adjusted to the car. And if your were in a 4cyl at first there will be a big diffrence till you adjust

your car is fine, but if you want to race, be sure you are in the correct gear because these cars are pretty slow untill VTEC. so if you punched it in 4th or 5th gear, you would feel slow untill it downshifted and got to VTEC.
