Horn button location?
Does anyone know if the horn button location on the 02 TL's is the same as that from prior years? I don't quite like the horn switch to be so far from the rim of the steering - makes it hard to reach without moving the hands from the wheel. The Odyssey, Accord, CL and MDX have the same problem, but the NSX, Integra, S2000, Prelude, Insight and Civics are fine.

But Acura/Honda had no option but to change the location to the center since every single magazine was criticizing Acura for the location away from the center. God knows why, but I would presume that a location on the steering wheel itself would be more logical than one in the middle of the driver's airbag...

I disagree. A horn is a horn, and it should be in the middle of the steering wheel.
I drive a Geo Storm and because of the airbag, the horn has two buttons where my thumbs are, which took a lot of getting used to.
I would think on a TL or any other car with other steering wheel controls (stereo, cruise control) that it's best to keep the horn where it belongs. This also helps for when others drive your car and don't have time for the "find the horn" learning curve. Which is just plain weird.
I mean, ergonomics are great, but you have to draw the line somewhere.
