Holy crap

I was sitting here tonight thinking about my TL which has 48,900 miles. It had 33,400 when I got it in March.

I was figuring up the rate and at this rate, if I keep the TL 3 more years (and I intend to), it's going to have 128,000 miles on it. If I keep it until it is paid for, 172,000.

Does anyone here (I know Kris does) have experience with TLs that have that kind of mileage on them? And what has happened to the cars as they age?

15k miles per year is average, you're a little above that. I've been 15,500 miles in 7 months.

I noticed today that my window shudders going down (the drivers one) and that the button doesn't always respond! I've had that regulator replaced under warranty and now I've gotta have more work to that window.

When do you plan to get rid of the TL? I thought you had another failing transmission not too long ago that meant it was time to trade.

I bought mine at 37,750 in June of 2004, and now I have 62,000 miles on it. The ride hasn't changed on me yet.
