High Sidewalks + Dropped Car * Weight of Person = Hard Time Getting out of Car
Damn those high sidewalks in Brooklyn, plus with the car dropped and me weighing in at almost 245 its kinda hard getting the damn door open and getting out of the car without getting the door bottom stuck in the sidewalk. Geez I gotta climb over the shift knob to get outta the door, hmmm I wonder if I should get the door conversion kit so i can open up my doors like a Lambroghini or however u spell it.

If you can climb over the center console, you're very agile and that should count for at least a part-time workout!
At least you haven't resorted to the sunroof method yet!!!

One time i was in a friend's civic and just didn't look out and opened the door and the damn bang was loud as hell. I just hit the damn curb and scratched the hell out of his door.

Had that problem in my accord when it was dropped. Opened the door no problem, then all my friends got into the car, and then we realized we couldnt close the door beacuse it had dug into the grass. LOL had to get everyone out, back up and try again.

Yeah.. it's the passengers that bang up the door against the curb. So I always have to warn them before they even try to open the door.

Yeah, I remind my passengers about the low door too, even without it being lowered. However, who's gonna remind me to not pull up too close in parking stalls? I always forget about my lower front vs. those concrete blocks. I'm coming from a Pathfinder where I never had to think about that before
