basically, D2S is for projection headlights. like BMW...
D2R is for reflection headlights, like ours.

now for our fog you can either go with D2R or D2S. D2R has less light output since it has optical shielding. Therefore, I put D2S since our fog housing has nice shield around where the bulb comes out.
