groove iirc there was issue with the 03 bulbs and reflector in the last few years?
don't know if that was resolved, something about the slight differences in D2R D2C and D2something base and its tabs
the right one, the universal one that didnt like 03s, and the other!

You dont have to return anything back to them, they will just ship out a new part for you. The reason why people are defending them is exactly what you said, they are a sponsor on this website so many members purchase kits from the company.

If they werent reputable nor honoring good business practices i doubt they would be sponsors for as long as they have.

the reason we suggest he return the entire package was not as exchange issue,
but to free the OP of any connection to a product he is upset about~

The really stupid part of this thread is the title screaming about poor customer service when in fact the OP got some excellent service in getting a replacement pair of bulbs shipped out asap- albeit not by overnight - like that's a reality and on a holiday weekend
If the title said- I got a broken part in my kit that I was too stupid/lazy to observe a main part of 1 bulb missing before I installed it!!!!--
that would be a reasonable statement/title

So, I should just take everything out for a bulb and send it back? As for the acura part in a honda box crack, another useless comment, and its GYPPED, you know...gypsies? I'm done commenting after this. Pointless. All I wanted to do is let the next guy think twice before buying from HIDextra.
Why so angry?

People understand the situation better than him > Discussed how he was wrong > Got Angry because we didn't jump the brainless Diss Bandwagon.

The tittle didn't help at all.. Since he was basically getting pretty good Customer Service in the first place with
that he lost all credibility he had left.

That's how some wars have started though.
FYI: I HAVE NERVER BOUGHT A SINGLE THING FROM HIDEXTRA.. I BUY ALL MY HID STUFF FROM EBAY.

Eh, it's whatever. I just didn't understand why anger was necessary. I've made *one* purchase ever from HIDExtra. If I didn't think they were any good, I would've said so. I'm not just speaking well of them because they "sponsor the forum." -_-

All I know is that HIDextra has saved many folks tons of money on updating their old OEM set-ups. OEM parts can cost several hundred dollars and still not fix the issues. So, with that being said....They do make an honest attempt to make things right, should a person have a problem.

What more can you expect ??? We don't live in a perfect world. Peace out.

those in the know go direct to the website!
