hidexpress hellppp hid problem need advice

aight so heres the deal...i ordered a set of hid replacement bulbs from hidexpress.com a few months ago and one of the bulbs blew out a few weeks ago...i know for a fact it is the bulb and not any of the other components, the threw the stock bulbs back in there for now......hid express website no longer exists, and when i ordered i went through krazy tl on this board. now i have no info on how to contact hidexpress, and krazy tl is being a terrible bussinessman and refusing to answer any of my emails/private messages. ive ordered a foglight conversion kit and a a previous set of bulbs so i did spend a fair ampunt of money with them...i know for a fact that these bulbs are under a warranty and am starting to get pissed off about the way this situation is turning out. When i spent 210 dollars on a set of bulbs i do not expect them to blow out in 3 months....anyone have any ideas on what i should do???

$210? for a set of stock bulbs? To me thats a rip off. I bought a brand new set of phillip oem bulbs for $70 shipped on ebay. Just curious, what brand are they?

About your situation, I dont know why you cant just buy it straight out. I mean , Im sure you can find cheap kits all over the net. But goodluck tho.

I will say...I had this same issue. I brought a set in january of this year. I don't drive the car at night that much. Through June I probably put a couple of hours on the lights and one of them went out. Tried to contact them via phone call but kept getting their voicecmail and left at least 10 messages w/ no response. I just took it as a lost and got some phillips 6000k. Good luck

Did you order these using a credit card? If so, complain to the customer service department for your card. There is probably an 800 number on the back of the card.

Companies that sell over the web or phone cannot afford to have visa or mastercard drop their account. The card companies have incredible leverage over these guys. Usually even the threat of making a complaint to the credit card company about them will make them see your side of the argument.

I used to have a few different brands of hid bulbs and all of them burn out in less than 2 months . On one set I have return them 3 times. Im not going to say which one but I gave up on them ,took a lost also and , went with Phillip or Osrams.

thanks guys thats what i figured......Just sucks not everyone can be straight up with their businesse s or products...

and on that note fog lights just stopped working also

I also have another questions i recall seeing a pic on here while rummaging through hid threads of a set of bulbs that looked real bad a$$. They gave off an almost pure white color like a cocaine white....i think they were phillips ultinon 6000k's can anyone verify this for me or offer a suggestion of some bulbs that'll give me a pure white light output???
