S power, was the installation easy? What do I need to buy other than the projectors itself?

Newbie: Projector is pretty long and once assemble back together there will be about 1/2" extra . All you see is the ignitor and the stock cap will not fit. What I did was tape it to the housing with aluminum tape. There many other ways to make a cleaner look, just a matter of be creative and finding the right parts.

Blackshadow: Everything is pretty straight forward. The only hardest part was baking the lights and opening up the lights. I had to do it myself so if you have another person helping you out, it'll be cake.
D2s bulbs and cosmetic stuff as I mention earlier(bezel, shrouds, paint), a dremel is a +

Again guys , go on HIDPLANET.COM forum for all you HID retro info and options.

if you read his previous post he indicated that he got the project form hidplanet. as far as cuting out the original headlight... i would assume that part of it (the reflector) has to be trimmed so that the project will fit. However, I don't think the entire reflector was cut out (because you actually want to keep as much of the reflector as possible so you can use the original screws to point the head light).

Nice job.

Thats an extremely clean, and OEM like job. Like others though, the only thing I think looks out of place is how the projector looks odd sitting in the middle of all that black housing space. I understand why you did it, but still think it would look better if they were chrome, silver, or maybe even Body color.
