i just picked my hott ride.. butt it looks like hid are white and not the purplish color i always see.. am i crazy ??

Well, i had the same question when i got my TL. No they aren't awsome HID Xenons like the ones that come with the Audis and BMWs. Those are not Xenons, those are CRAZY Xenons, my friends call my lights Xenons on crack. You can get after market ones, but i think our Xenons are fine.

PS. The best Xenons i have ever seen in my life were on the Ferrari 360.. The whole street turns purple, it was awsome.

I personally am a big fan of Audi Xenons, they are real nice.

(I tried messing around with an MB E55 today, he (50 year old guy) was not interested.)

well, they're HIDs! yeah, I really like those AUDI's, but when there's no Audi around, the TL HID's are the best

there is a problem with the HID's and acura is working on a fix. the exact same problem you are talking about the lights dont look very blue but more yellow green if you search posts in this fourm about a month or 2 ago youll find the info i posted. hang in there i checked about a week ago with acura and no news yet.

I think it is how close you are to the headlights. From far away, you can see the color better; the closer you are, the lights seem more like normal lights. I bet you are only looking at your own lights up close but notice other TLs from far away... just a thought
